I found the solution to my problem.
Last year in November, I decided I wanted to lose weight. Before educating myself however, I somehow thought that it was as easy as eating 500 calories (or lower) a day and burning just that. I lost weight rapidly, yes. But I also lost my mind in the process. I developed an eating disorder without even knowing it. Infact, I just realized it right now. I wasn’t losing weight the healthy way,...

Interesting info from Jillian Michaels
What advice do women always ask you for?
They get caught on plateaus. In that case what you need to do is give yourself a couple of days of rest and bump up your calories by 10 percent. When you lose weight quickly, your body often responds by releasing hormones to increase your appetite and store more fat. That's a survival instinct meant to help us conserve fuel during times of famine. You can outsmart it by eating a little more and resting. That usually helps jump-start your metabolism again. -Jillian Michaels
Ladies....do this when you plateau! I have tried this and it works!! It shocked me, since it seems like the wrong thing to do when trying to lose...but IT WORKS. I had plateaued after 10 lbs lost...i was working out every day and eating right...i did this and it jump started my body and i lost the next 6 lbs! -train-eat-sleep

Snow days ftw.
Didn’t have to go to school OR work due to the horribly cold Canadian weather. YAY. Was lazy for the most part. Did manage to hop on the elipical for 30mins and did some crunches / weight lifting. I made mixed vegetables, scrammbled egg whites, hummus and crackers for supper (I really did not know what else to make) which makes me feel good about myself. Woo.
