Lw: 124lbs (not the healthy way)
Cw: 145-140lbs

I'm just a girl who wants to include fitness & health in her life. I am NOT a professional, and I am not perfect; nor do I want to be. I just want to be in the best shape I can be. I struggle a lot with procrastination, low will power, and emotional eating; but I am going to defeat it! I may not have the perfect body this summer, but that doesn’t mean I can’t have it at all. I will have it, and I will earn it the healthy way!

Everyday Goals!
Goal #1: Exercise every morning.
Goal #2: Use proper proportions.
Goal #3: 'Eat to live, don't live to eat'
Goal #4: Eat more fruits + veggies.
Goal #5: Treat myself once a week.

Weight Goals!
Gw #1: 137lbs
Gw #2: 135lbs
Gw #3: 133lbs


note: once i conquer these goals i will update new ones. the lowest i will go is around 120lbs, but i will stop when i am satisfyed with what i earn.

  • Ladies....do this when you plateau! I have tried this and it works!! It shocked me, since it seems like the wrong thing to do when trying to lose...but IT WORKS. I had plateaued after 10 lbs lost...i was working out every day and eating right...i did this and it jump started my body and i lost the next 6 lbs! -train-eat-sleep
